Arnoldo de la Rocha was born on April 1, 1957, in the remote highlands of Chihuahua, in the small ranching community of Zarupa.
A distinguished entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience, he has founded and led five high-impact companies and is a founding partner of Pollo Feliz, one of Mexico’s most recognized restaurant chains.
Throughout his career, he has delivered over 1,000 keynote speeches across Mexico and internationally. He is also the author of five books and has been honored as a Distinguished Visitor in more than 20 cities across Mexico.
His achievements have earned him recognition from both national and international organizations. His success story was selected as a Case Study by IPADE Business School, highlighting his journey as a model of entrepreneurial excellence.
In 2017, he was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year, a testament to his leadership and vision.
