Ana Victoria performed as regional director for Endeavor Mexico. Afterwards, and due to her great interest in developing businesses and economic impact, in 2012, she founded Victoria147, the first platform for training, empowerment and acceleration, focused on supporting enterprising women, being the youngest woman entrepreneur to have created a business accelerator of its kind. Ten years later, she has impacted over seventeen thousand Mexican, Latin-American and Hispanic Market female entrepreneurs with her education and training on-line and off-line programs.
She is an entrepreneur, writer, speaker and promoter of female talent.
She is the first female shark on Shark Tank Mexico, appearing in the first season, when she was 31 years old. Creator of her podcast, “More of a bitch than a beauty”, wirter of “ELLAS, the history of entrepreneurship told by women”. This book narrates her experience as a businesswoman and collects the voice of 21 women whom have faced different challenges in the business world.
