Juan Alberto is a visionary leader in personal transformation and conscious leadership. With over 30 years of corporate experience, he served as President of Microsoft Mexico and held senior executive roles in Colombia, Peru, and the Andean Region during nearly 25 years with the company. His approach inspires CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to reconnect with their purpose and embrace a balanced, meaningful lifestyle.

He has been recognized as one of the “50 People Transforming Mexico” by Quién and has appeared five times on the list of the “300 Most Influential Leaders in Mexico” by Líderes Mexicanos. Juan Alberto currently serves on the Academic Council of AFI in Spain, teaches in the MasterCIOs program at Universidad Iberoamericana, and coaches in IPADE programs.
