She is the CEO of Evoluzion at Work and author of the upcoming book From Work Breaking You, to You Breaking Through at Work (May 2025), where she introduces her disruptive methodology EVOLUZION: The Power of Being Antifragile.
Throughout her career, she has led groundbreaking initiatives: she co-founded and served as CEO of Delivering Happiness Mexico, was Director of Culture at Wewow, and held senior leadership positions such as Senior VP at Citibanamex. She has also been the only Latina woman on the Warner Music Group LATAM panel, consolidating her leadership on international stages.
Her impact has been recognized with the Latin America Social Leader Award and an Honorary Doctorate for transforming well-being into a true competitive advantage. In addition, she created the International Week of Happiness at Work in Mexico, a milestone in the conversation about the future of work in Latin America.
