Pere Estupinyà
"A chemist and biochemist, with a masters in molecular biology and a PhD in human psychology. For over 15 years he has been dedicated to scientific communication. He directs and presents the program “The Brain Hunter” in TVE, and has written the books “ The Brain Thief”, “ Scratching where it doesn’t itch”, “S=EX2: The science of sex”, “Eating cherries with your eyes closed” and the most recent “Living science”. He has been Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT, worked at the National Institutes of Health in the US, and consulted at the Bank of Interamerican Development. He splits his time between Buenos Aires and Spain, and collaborates with many media outlets, he also gives speeches at universities, corporations and events directed at general audiences.
