Verónica Melian
Veronica is a Consulting Partner based in Uruguay, and the Americas Human Capital leader. She has over 20 years experience advising organizations on issues of Organization, Leadership, Talent, Culture and Change. She has advised business leaders on a multitude of initiatives including: Strategic alignment, Leadership succession, Talent strategies, Workforce trends, and Organizational and Culture transformations. She has worked across different industries, but has a focus on Life Science clients. She is a professor of strategic transformation and leadership; and a frequent speaker on regional and global forums about Future of Work. Veronica holds an MBA from The Ohio State University, USA; and a PhD in Psychology of Human Resources from the University of Valencia, Spain.
